Online Vendor and Sponsorship payment for the RTMC Astronomy Expo is available via PayPal. In order to use this service, you must have a PayPal account. If you do not already have a PayPal account, continue with the registration process and they will prompt you to set up an account.

Vendor fees do not include conference admisson/registration, lodging, or meals for attendees.

Attendees desiring meal plans must purchase one (meal plans include lodging and admission). You do not have to pay day use fees when paying for lodging or camping.

The RTMC AE will not arrange for chairs, tables, or astroturf for Regular Vendor Sites.
