Information for Vendors & Clubs
PATS brings together a thousand eager amateur astronomers and exhibitors. It is a weekend of presentations and workshops with a large exhibition area for vendors and other exhibitors. As a vendor, you are welcome to bring your products, showcase them, and sell them to the eager crowd.
As PATS matures we continue our successful programs and improve those areas that need it. Our discounted tickets for clubs and the reduced admission "Happy Hour" on Saturday and Sunday afternoons have proven popular and will continue. We will be increasing local newspaper advertising and exposure to the general public.
If you would like to have a workshop or other presentation featuring your product or service, some time may be made available to you in the presentation halls free of charge. In addition, a large public outreach will be held on Saturday at the Paseo Colorado, across the street from the Convention Center. Vendors may request booths with a blue M or unmarked booths.
Commercial Vendor Booths
PATS offers vendors four basic plans, but these can be tailored to meet your needs. All booths include 8 foot tall back drape walls, with three foot tall drape dividers.
Standard (Spaces #35-78, $400) are 10' x 10' and include a table, two chairs, a wastebasket, and the two admission tickets.
Premium booths (Spaces #11-34, $450) are the same as the Standard booths except that they are located along the more heavily trafficked aisles.
Corner booths (Spaces #5-10, $900 — SOLD OUT) are 10' x 20' and include a table, two chairs, wastebasket, and two admission tickets.
Priority/Entrance booths (Spaces #1-4, $1750 — SOLD OUT ) are 20' x 20' or 40' x 10' and are located at the main entrance. They include four tables, eight chairs, a wastebasket, admission tickets for eight, and 5 amps of 110v electrical service. NOTE: Entrance booths are reserved for Event Sponsors.
Vendors may have two or more booths, and join contiguous booths for more display space. All booths may be customized with additional chairs, tables, electrical, Internet and other amenities for additional cost. See the Reservation form below for additional fee-based amenities. You are free to use your own décor items at no charge. (Please ensure the space of your booth will accommodate your item(s).) Vendors are permitted to use their own carts.

All vendors and exhibitors who plan to sell items at PATS must have a California Seller's Permit. If you do not yet have one, visit the website of the California Board of Equalization for more information.
The Sheraton has reserved a limited number of rooms at a reduced rate of $119/night. Go to Sheraton PATS Reservations for information.
Tables for Astronomy-Related Non-Profit Clubs and Organizations
PATS will provide table space for displays and info tables for any astronomy-related non-profit organizations and clubs that wants it. The organization may recruit members and advertise activities, but they may not sell items at these tables. (If your organization wishes to sell items, you must register as a vendor.) Clubs and other astro-related organizations may also make presentations regarding club activities. For more information, contact Alex.

To be a vendor at PATS, you must submit your booth request and fee via PayPal below, or via a printed form and US Mail.
To register online: Please refer to the floorplan above to select a space, noting those spaces that are already reserved. Complete the "Name on Booth" and "Preferred Space" fields, then click "Pay Now." You will be taken to PayPal to either sign into your account or pay by credit card. Return to this page to order additional booths, or complete the process from Paypal as appropriate.
While we ask that you enter a preferred space, we cannot guarantee your selection. In the event that your preferred space is unavailable, we'll assign the next equivalent space or work with you to ensure your needs are met. Floor arrangement is subject to change.
